Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (\"Agreement\") govern the lawn care, landscaping, and related services provided by Arredondo Home & Lawn Services LLC. By scheduling or receiving services, the customer agrees to these terms.

Services

Arredondo Home & Lawn Services provides lawn maintenance and landscaping services, including but not limited to:

Lawn mowing
Edging
Blowing and cleanup
Leaf removal
Bush and hedge trimming
Hand weeding
Mulch installation
Flower bed installation and restoration
Sod installation
Tree and brush removal
Land clearing
Tree trimming

Additional services may be offered upon request and subject to separate pricing.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Prices may be adjusted if:

Property conditions differ from those initially disclosed.
Additional labor, materials, or equipment are required.
The scope of work changes after the estimate is provided.

Customers will be notified of any price changes before additional work is performed.

Scheduling

Service dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, electronic payment, or other approved methods.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

Please ensure that:

Gates are unlocked when service is scheduled.
Pets are secured.
Personal belongings, toys, hoses, and other obstacles are removed from service areas.

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted property access.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for identifying and marking:

Sprinkler heads
Irrigation systems
Invisible pet fences
Utility lines
Landscape lighting
Other hidden obstacles

The Company is not liable for damage to items that are concealed, improperly marked, or not visible during service.

Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions that create unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.

Cancellations

Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice for service cancellations whenever possible.

Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our service schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Arredondo Home & Lawn Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Satisfaction and Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service-related concerns.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, non-payment, or conditions that may cause damage to equipment or property.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting or distribution to customers.
